Make strawberry pancakes for breakfast and then take a hike in the mountains with my wonderful human panion and the dog. Mine passed away (the dog) so it would have to be "the new dog." Make a great lunch together. Maybe black-eyed peas with chard and garlic, a cup of tea, and some great conversation.
